I gave you the wrong address with my order, what should I do?

Please email me the correct address as soon as you can to info@imsimplyb.com. There is normally a 2-5 day window before your order ships to make changes. Please note, once your order has shipped I can not change the shipping address nor am I responsible for packages sent to the wrong address as no fault of my own.


I placed an order with you, but I need to cancel it.

If your order has not been shipped, I am able to cancel your order and refund you your money.


I have not received the tracking info for my order, has my order shipped?

Many times, you will not automatically receive tracking info. However, that does not mean tracking information for your order is not available. Please email info@imsimplyb.com with your name and order number, and i'll be more than happy to provide tracking information to you once your order has shipped!


Payment

IMSIMPLYB accepts all payments via Paypal. Please note, this does NOT mean you have to have a Paypal account in order to purchase. You will receive a payment receipt after your order is completed. If you have issues checking out please email sneakerseekerb@gmail.comand I may be able to tell you why your payment may not be processing. 


What is your return policy?

I do not accept returns.

Yes! I do wholesale pricing as well. For a price list, email info@imsimplyb.com with what item(s) and the quantity of said item(s) you would like to buy.
